Meet Traci Mausolf

Mindfulness Coach



Traci Mausolf is a southern California native who moved to Europe in 2001. She is a credentialed teacher and certified mindfulness coach.


Traci believes that mindfulness helps people to feel more connected, and that’s why she coaches women in establishing and sustaining their mindfulness practices.


When she’s not coaching, she likes to spend time in nature, especially the beach,  gardening, and working on creative projects. She travels between Europe and California regularly to spend time with family.


She is a wife, mom of a teenager, and she has a dog named Quesadilla (named by her son when he was 5 - we call him KC for short) who is a mix between a terrier and a poodle. She and her family have shortened that to ‘toodle’.

So, you've taken the plunge and have moved to a different country.


At first, everything was new and exciting, but now that you've settled in, you're finding that life as an expat woman can be a very lonely experience.


Even if you have moved with a partner or family, we as women discover all too quickly that the support network we had back home was incredibly valuable in helping us to keep all the plates spinning in our life.


You miss the connection, bonding time, support and friendship of other women.


You feel like a fish out of water, and you just need a safe place where you're loved and accepted exactly as you are right now in this moment.


As all of these emotions are building inside you, you discover that you could use some tools to help yourself remain calm and feel at peace with the present moment even when it is challenging.


You dream of feeling more grounded and able to thoroughly enjoy the fun of immersing yourself in your new culture and language without having a meltdown due to overwhelm.


When you establish a mindfulness practice and open yourself to new strategies, you get to enjoy feeling more balanced, joyful, and confident while you experience new things.
